• Introduce clients to investment banks and review financing arrangements

• Coordinate with legal counsels with regards to listing application documents

• Coordinate the process among clients, sponsor, and the stock exchanges

• Conduct due diligence and negotiate with the shell company

• Complete the RTO, concurrent financing, and resume trading

• Assist clients with corporate administration to fulfill the continuous disclosure requirements
