Mr. Wang is a results oriented senior executive with a broad expertise in all phases of corporate finance, business and strategic planning, corporate development, financial management and reporting, and regulatory reporting. He has been serving as director and chief financial officer of many public companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges over the past decade.
Mr. Wang is a CPA, CGA with an MBA degree from York University in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Wang works closely with renowned Canadian law firms, investment banks, and accounting firms to provide critical advisory services to our clients.
