Mr. Sam Wang, MBA, CGA, PresidentMr. Wang is a results oriented senior executive with a broad expertise in all phases of corporate finance, business and strategic planning, corporate development, financial management and reporting, and regulatory reporting.
In recent years, Mr. Wang has played an integral role in helping private Chinese companies go public on the TSX Venture Exchange. In 2006, he helped Y&O Ventures Corp., a Capital Pool Company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, to complete its Qualifying Transaction with Daqing Harvest High Pressure FRP Pipe Co. in China and the subsequent financing of $77 million for the resulting issuer, Hanwei Energy Services Corp. (TSX: HE) in 2007. Mr. Wang was a director and audit committee chair of Xianburg Data Systems Canada Corporation (TSXV: XDS) between November 25, 2010 to April 22, 2011.
Mr. Wang is a Certified General Accountant and has a Masters of Business Administration from York University in Toronto, Canada. He also serves as CEO of Genius World Investments Limited (TSXV: GNW.H) and director of MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSXV: MVM.P), both of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Wang works closely with renowned Canadian law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, and Chinese securities lawyers to provide critical advisory services to CRIF's clients.
